Jason Foshie founded Foshie Architecture in 2016. Jason has over 20 years experience in many facets of design and construction. As a native of East Tennessee Jason sought to make a positive impact of his community by forming his own architecture firm. Jason’s goal is to interpret client’s desires while exceeding client’s expectations. He takes great pride in every aspect of design from initial sketch to final nail. Jason strives for excellence in every detail of design.
Experience:
Jason has experience in a variety of construction types. He spent four years gaining experience in Religious building structures all over the southeastern region. He spent over fourteen years as project manager overseeing design and construction on custom home designs ranging up to 15,000 square feet, retail space, doctors offices, office buildings, Symphony Show Homes, Parade of Homes, and served on a plans review board. As founder and lead designer of Foshie Architecture, Jason’s most recent endeavors include Equestrian Facilities, Lakefront Custom homes, Mountain retreats, and hotel/restaurant renovation.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Tennessee’s College of Architecture and Design. His professional certifications and licenses include National Council of Architecture Registration Boards (NCARB), LEED AP (USGBC), State of Tennessee Architect License, State of North Carolina Architect License, TN Contractor License (BC)
Getting to know Jason:
In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Jason is an avid Tennessee football fan. He spends his Saturdays in the fall surrounded by orange. He enjoys snow skiing, golfing, and time on the lake. Jason and his family attend First Baptist Concord. Jason has been married to his wife, Kari, for 17 years and they have three children and one boxer dog.
